Typical process
Forklift trucks from a warehouse clearance
Individual machines rather than pallet goods: year, operating hours and inspection records shape the valuation. Loading takes place on site.
A typical process for orientation, not a customer project. Quantities, condition and timing differ from lot to lot.
Starting point
A logistics company is clearing a warehouse. Several forklift trucks and pallet trucks become available, each one different. Unlike palletised goods, every machine is an individual item with its own history, and the vehicles have to be loaded on site.
A typical lot
- Forklift trucks with different drive types
- Pallet trucks and order pickers
- Further warehouse equipment from the same site
- Individual machines instead of pallet goods

What matters
- Year of manufacture, operating hours and inspection records are the key facts for each truck.
- Describe the condition honestly, including any known faults.
- Say where each vehicle stands and whether the way out is clear, for example ramp, gate or loading dock.
- For battery-powered trucks, mention the battery and charger.
